Molly Hull brings over 20 years of experience in the retained executive search industry and currently serves as Managing Director & Executive Vice President. She is a pivotal member of Slayton’s Consumer team where she leads searches and develops long-term client relationships at large global, publicly traded companies, PE portfolio companies, and private/family-owned businesses. Molly also leads Slayton’s Technology and Digital practice across the Consumer, Industrial, and Financial Services sectors. As Managing Partner, she oversees search operations and performance, leading the candidate development and research teams while optimizing firm performance.
Molly began her career as a Research Associate with Slayton in 2008, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility while consistently demonstrating her expertise and impact. Throughout her career she has headed searches across a number of industries including Consumer Products & Services, Distribution Services, Industrial Products & Services, and Financial Services. Additionally, she has worked across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines including General Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, IT, and Supply Chain. Molly’s deep understanding of human behavior and dynamics as well as her experience, underscore her ability to bring a comprehensive and strategic approach to executive searches. As a key member of Slayton’s leadership team, Molly plays a pivotal role in shaping both the executive search landscape and the strategic direction of the firm, blending her experience, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting from Cornell University. She is a Board Member of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) Council of the Americas.
