Allison McWeeney is a Vice President & Principal with Slayton Search Partners. She supports executive-level searches within Slayton’s Consumer practice, managing the search process while also developing and expanding client relationships of her own.
Allison’s unique ability to connect with people positions her well to identify exceptional talent and build trusted partnerships with both candidates and clients.
After graduating from University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Business, Systems and Organizations), Allison joined Slayton in 2017 as a Research Associate and progressed through various levels of responsibility.
