Position Summary:

The Vice President Global IT Infrastructure and Transformation will lead and manage a global transformation of IT services and processes in order to increase customer service and improve business value and IT efficiency in support of IT’s mission to enable the Company’s strategy.

The executive will consolidate IT services globally, negotiate strategic vendor relationships, insource key IT activities, eliminate duplicity of IT solutions, and establish an integrated dashboard of performance measures to ensure effective operations.

The Vice President will establish a regular cadence with the Executive Leadership Team to review program progress, ratify strategic decisions, and align the organization around the program objectives. This individual will also be responsible for updating the Board of Directors periodically on the IT transformation program’s progress.

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of progressive IT senior leadership, team/skills building, and project management experience including planning and executing complex projects with multiple delivery partners/business units on a global scale.
