Position Summary:

This executive will be responsible for driving the collaborative strategy, design, development, implementation, and administration of the corporation’s total reward program, with the focus on compensation, benefits, employee metrics/reporting, and human resource information system.

 

The successful candidate will also be tasked to direct the design, development, implementation, and administration of general pay practices, base pay structures, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans to ensure compensation piece of the total rewards program is internally equitable and externally competitive.
