Premium Chocolate Manufacturer and Marketer

Position Summary:

The Vice President, R&D, Quality and Consumer Services, will be responsible for overseeing high-quality food production, ensuring compliance with company quality management systems, food safety, regulatory, research & development including recipe formulation, new technologies and the continual improvement of processes. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring the Consumer Service team effectively engages with the company’s consumers to track and resolve escalated complaints. They will oversee a team of up to 1,000 people at a top-of-the-line manufacturing facility during peak production times.

She has established advanced R&D/quality processes, driven by a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the customer. She is passionate about strategic thinking and people development and has experience leading various teams through exceptional cross-functional collaboration. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Science.
