A Private Equity-Owned Leading Medical Equipment Company
The Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the President, is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s Production and Biomedical Technician group. The role includes effectively implementing quality, customer service, continuous improvement, and ongoing management of customer operational KPI goals. Additionally, this individual will initiate and develop cross functional operation for current products and services and deploy new options for optimizing production, which includes driving strategy, planning outcomes, and integrating successful metrics for production analytics.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of proven expertise in program management, operations, and/or project leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or an associated field is required. The ideal candidate must excel in critical analysis and strategic thinking for process improvement, identify non-value-added work, and provide recommendations for quality enhancement and cycle time reduction. Strong data accuracy, superb time management, and effective teamwork are essential to this role.
