The Vice President of Sales Strategy & Planning, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will lead the development and execution of a data-driven, insight-backed go-to-market strategy. This role will oversee Sales Strategy, Sales & Inventory Planning, Sales Analytics, and Trade Reporting & Analytics, ensuring a best-in-class commercial sales infrastructure that drives growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of sales leadership experience within the CPG industry, preferably in a high-growth environment. They should possess strong business acumen, a deep understanding of retail channels, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, trade investment, and promotional planning. Exceptional team management skills, the ability to navigate complex retail relationships, and a balance of strategic vision with operational execution are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
