Position Summary:

The Vice President of Sales Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for building and optimizing the sales operations infrastructure to support rapid growth. This role will oversee sales operations, administration, project management, and integration into key cross-functional processes. This leader will ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives across channels and customers, driving efficiency, scalability, and alignment with broader business objectives.
 

The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within CPG, with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in retailer systems. They should excel at leading cross-functional teams, scaling operations in high-growth environments, and developing structured processes that drive results. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a growth mindset, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
