Position Summary:

The Vice President of Sales, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will lead the Grocery and Alternative Channel sales organizations, driving strategy execution and optimizing growth through a tiered account structure. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, focusing on efficiency, process improvement, and revenue acceleration while ensuring accountability and high internal execution standards. Additionally, this leader will play a key role in managing strategic relationships alongside the CEO and supporting their team in executing sales initiatives that align with broader business objectives.
 

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of sales leadership experience within the CPG industry, preferably in a high-growth environment. They should possess strong business acumen, a deep understanding of retail channels, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, trade investment, and promotional planning. Exceptional team management skills, the ability to navigate complex retail relationships, and a balance of strategic vision with operational execution are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
