Position Summary:

The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting directly to the CFO, is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis activities of the global organization. This position will develop and lead the team responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across business units. Core responsibilities include ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and quickly developing close relationships with the entire leadership team. This role will be highly visible to executive leadership and play a crucial part in developing and executing strategic initiatives that will shape both the company and the broader finance organization.
