The Vice President, Behavioral Health will lead the strategic vision and operations for behavioral health clinical care management across Medicare and Commercial markets. This role oversees program development, cost-of-care management, and the integration of behavioral health services into whole-person care. Collaborating across teams, the Vice President ensures high-quality, cost-effective service delivery while aligning with market needs and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of management experience in healthcare or managed care, including at least five years in behavioral health. A deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS policies is essential, along with expertise in managed healthcare delivery systems and behavioral health services. Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, from internal teams to C-suite executives. The successful candidate will bring a balance of operational expertise and leadership, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
