Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Manufacturing will be responsible for the operations strategy, optimization, as well as execution and delivery of the cost improvements for the organization. As a key contributor to a critical area in the business, this position will define and implement how the company brings its products to customers. This individual will have multisite accountability and oversight of all budgetary and operational aspects of each location.
 

Our candidate has over 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry with extensive experience in supply chain development. He is passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and driving operational excellence, guiding him to deliver exceptional results in highly competitive and capacity-constrained environments. He has led end-to-end P&L responsibility for a $750 million division, and has successfully managed the start-up of large-scale manufacturing facilities. He has been integral in creating value by transforming supply chain operations, fostering environments where safety, efficiency and innovation are paramount.
