Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
The person in this role will provide overall strategic HR leadership to the organization and oversee the development and delivery of a people strategy that supports the company’s mission, vision, values and overall business strategy.
Create a performance culture with an expectation of high performance, accountability, and results. Provide guidance in the areas of organizational planning and design, succession planning, employee development, employee relations and morale, compensation, benefits, and change management.
