Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President & President will have a deep understanding of at least 20 years leading global sales and delivery teams for a staffing and/or IT consulting business. This executive must be a dynamic leader that has demonstrated success driving top and bottom line growth in a large complex business. The last five years will have been as a P&L leader for a business that has a recent, well-documented reputation for operational and commercial success that can be largely attributed to the candidate. An individual who has had success in different companies and who can demonstrate organizational agility would be highly attractive. Ideally, this candidate has had success within a complex staffing business.
 

Our placement is a Chief Operating Officer with deep expertise in the staffing industry with a focus on technology, professional services and human capital solutions. She has spent 30 years working with mature organizations and startups and developed a reputation for driving consistent, profitable revenue growth through scaling businesses, leading turnarounds and transformation, architecting strategies to capitalize on digital disruption and successfully integrating acquisitions. She most recently served as the COO of a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance, accounting, and professional staffing services. Additionally, she has co-founded and launched a private IT consulting firm where she rapidly grew the business to 700+ employees and was identified by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing private firms.
