The President of Supplemental Benefits is responsible for establishing an agent-centric, long-term profitable growth strategy for each of our client’s Life & Health division’s product lines. A key area of focus is to drive customer experience through outstanding execution and decision making, while continuing to manage within financial goals and strategizing with over 3,000 agents and 4 million policies in mind.
This individual brings over 15 years of business management experience in the employee benefits industry to the position. They are an experienced, innovative leader with success in leading diverse teams, and have a proven track record of enhancing and building sophisticated strategies for driving growth and market penetration.
