The President will have Profit & Loss responsibility for the business and will lead the organization to increased levels of performance and sophistication. The President will formulate and execute on the company’s long-term strategic plan, have oversight of its executive management team, the development and implementation of its close-in business plan, operating and capital budgets (including accountability for the attainment of its financial and operating performance objectives).
The candidate will collaborate with the Co-CEO’s and Board of Directors (BOD) in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy and in developing actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. The executive will translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting and performance management.
The President will have at least 15 years of business experience with strong financial acumen and P&L leadership experience.
