The Director of Workforce Optimization Practice will be responsible for growing a team of national clients and employees specializing in engineering & labor standards.
Managing client relationships at the executive level and helping clients create sustainable workforce operating models that maximizes productivity are key responsibilities for this position.
This executive will be responsible for creating effective go-to-market strategies while driving the development and enhancement of the Firm’s Engineering & Labor Standards methodologies, best practices and approaches to client delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience working with clients to optimize labor standards and implement process improvements and must have led a relevant consulting group or practice in the local market in the past three years.
