Position Summary:

The Plant General Manager will lead approximately 300 employees for our manufacturing client. This executive will have direct responsibility over Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, EH&S, HR, Plant Finance, and Planning and Supply Chain teams. The new leader will be responsible to direct and manage the organization’s business activities, and to develop and implement effective business strategies, and programs necessary to drive overall P&L performance.

Our placement is a highly-motivated and accomplished manufacturing professional with demonstrated results manufacturing operations in various industries. He is highly intelligent, analytical, financial minded, a quick study, and a team player with exceptionally strong leadership skills. He brings a highly develop lean manufacturing background and will be instrumental is guiding the organization through a complex transformation.
