Contract Manufacturer of Functional Foods
The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, assist with customer acquisition efforts, ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations and drive revenue growth by leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise. This role requires a strategic and forward-thinking leader who excels at building and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Head of Sales will work in close partnership with R&D, Marketing, and the Customer Service Team to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint in the journey.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience within the nutraceutical or supplement manufacturing industry or food ingredient industry with a strong understanding of vitamin industry, ingredients, and formulations and familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, etc.). They should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, excellent leadership and team management skills and strong project management capabilities.
