Position Summary
The Group President role was filled as a result of the desire to hire the backup candidate to the President search. Following additional interviews, this individual was offered and accepted the role of Group President, overseeing multiple businesses accounting for approximately $100 million in revenue.
Successful Placement
Our placement is a general management executive with a strong track record in P&L leadership, business development and go-to-market strategy across industrial and B2B organizations. Most recently, they served as President and CEO of a mid-market equipment manufacturer, growing revenue from $55 million to $90 million while significantly improving profit margins and organizational retention. In this role, they stepped into an expanded Group President position, taking on P&L responsibility for multiple businesses totaling approximately $100 million in revenue, building on a career that also includes divisional P&L leadership and senior marketing roles within a large global industrial company.
