Reports to the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
This person is a vital member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team, and will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the compensation/benefits vision and strategies, policies, processes and functions into a top tier status. This includes domestic and international compensation, executive compensation, employee compensation, and regulatory compliance of all programs.
This person is also responsible for overall strategic direction of the company’s HRIS platforms and Employee Shared Services for domestic employees.
