Reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
This executive will design, implement and administer global compensation (including base salary, variable incentives, commission programs, year-end bonus awards, and job description and evaluation) programs that support the company’s portfolio of businesses.
This role will be responsible to select and direct participation in Compensation surveys to obtain relevant market compensation data and intelligence information. This information will be leveraged for use in job evaluations and the year-end process.
