Position Summary:

The Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) will lead the development and execution of the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy, aiming to maximize service, efficiency, and financial performance. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CSCO will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including transportation, distribution, facility design, and demand planning. The role involves implementing enterprise-wide warehouse and transportation systems to drive operational excellence, integrate supply chain functions, and enhance capabilities for growth and exceptional customer service. This person must be a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with experience in managing complex global operations, utilizing technology and process improvements to deliver superior results, and maintain a competitive edge.
 

Our placement has over 30 years of experience as a Supply Chain and Operations leader in the finance industry. She has experience building and launching major, high-tech distribution centers and expertise in supply chain analytics and sales and operations planning. She most recently served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Direct Fulfillment for a major retailer where she led the network of more than 100 direct customer fulfillment centers and market delivery options for the company’s online business, appliance delivery and installation, and private fleet delivery operations.
