Position Summary:

The Chief Information Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and overseeing all aspects of technology operations and future development. As the top technology executive, the CIO will lead the strategic planning and implementation of technology initiatives for the Bank. This role focuses on leveraging technology to strategically differentiate the Bank from its peers through enhancements, new product rollouts, process standardization, and other efficiencies that drive profitability and stability. The CIO will establish and maintain the architecture for technology systems, ensuring that the architecture and infrastructure can support the Bank’s evolving needs. This includes managing IT relationships and projects to align IT efforts with the strategic objectives of the business and the requirements of the customers.
 

Our placement is an experienced Chief Information Officer and digital leader with over 30 years of experience defining strategic solutions to deliver value in top tier financial services organizations. He has a unique blend of business strategy experience combined with a deep level of technical expertise that has allowed him to drive enterprise innovation and transformation from the CIO chair. He has a broad financial services background with deep experience in consumer banking, mortgage banking, commercial banking, wealth, capital markets and investment banking. He most recently served as Chief Information Officer for the consumer division of an American bank, driving growth and major digital transformation across the organization.
