Publicly-Traded Designer and Manufacturer of In-Ground Swimming Pools
The Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, serves as the top Human Resources executive for the company and member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for establishing and leading the comprehensive, high-performing human capital strategy to drive organizational performance through end-to-end human resources initiatives, programs, processes and policies.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience including global Human Resources experience, compensation program design, stock plan administration, talent strategy, learning and development, employee relations, employment law in multiple states and countries, and leading teams remotely. Experience in manufacturing, public company and/or private equity organizations preferred. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, workforce management and planning.
