The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve, first and foremost, as a strategic and active member of the company’s executive team and will be responsible for proactively driving human capital strategies and programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture.
The CHRO will naturally cultivate the trust and credibility of the CEO, Board, and senior management team, and will play the role of confidante and problem-solver on some of the company’s most sensitive and important issues.
The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in progressive roles, having worked for companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices, and in less mature organizations where they have gained hands-on experience building HR capabilities.
