Privately-Held Beverage Company
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and play a key role in setting the direction and overall management of the company. The CFO will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury (debt raising and cash management), FP&A, external audit and tax. The CFO will proactively partner with the CEO and the ELT to achieve the company’s strategic and financial goals. This executive must be considered a strategic advisor to the CEO and an accomplished business leader.
The ideal candidate will bring experience within one or more successful and sophisticated publicly traded or well-regarded privately held companies. The search places high value on candidates who were classically trained in a highly regarded company and have more recently held the CFO position in a successful middle-market or late-stage venture or private equity company with a flatter organizational structure.
