Position Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer, America’s is a newly created role, responsible for driving the company’s market presence and leading the strategy in North America, focusing on business and market share growth. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business while expanding relationships with existing clients. This individual must be a strategic “hunter,” adept at closing deals and building a team to support long-term growth. They must have a deep understanding of the market, clients, and relationships and therefore support the wider company with new products and product enhancements. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to sell to C-suite executives and, over time, build a high-performing sales team to further the company’s North America expansion.
 

The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience driving enterprise-level sales within the insurance industry, particularly in SaaS or technology-related businesses. They will bring a proven track record of building and leading teams in fast-growing environments, designing organizational strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to achieving results. The candidate should be comfortable working remotely and managing relationships across time zones, with strong familiarity across the insurance ecosystem, including reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs. Additionally, they should possess the ability to work effectively with partners, such as consulting firms, to drive growth through indirect channels.
