In an ongoing effort to build their presence in the marketplace, Executive Vice Presidents are responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining client relationships while successfully executing search engagements. In this role, you’ll help Slayton Search Partners achieve success as the “go-to” search partner in the market.
Our Senior Vice Presidents successfully execute searches and build strong relationships with candidates independently. In this role, you’ll expand on the knowledge you’ve gained in earlier roles while broadening new business development activities. This role serves as a pivotal platform for growth and development before becoming a self-sufficient Executive Vice President.
This critical position builds upon the previously learned search skills and is part of the multi-year developmental program leading to an Executive Vice President role in the firm. In this role, you’ll be working alongside an Executive Vice President and will be responsible for full search execution including research management, candidate development, interviewing/assessment, candidate management, and client management. As soon as progress dictates, this role is intended to evolve into full client management and revenue generation (a must for advancement to Executive Vice President).
Our Associates work alongside Executive Vice Presidents and play a crucial role in the execution of a successful search. Starting from the initial engagement kick off meeting, research strategy, and the development of qualified candidates, Associates will demonstrate knowledge of the core industries in which the firm conducts consulting assignments.
Research Associates are responsible for developing comprehensive research strategies in support of identifying prospects, assessing executive competencies, and presenting in-depth overviews of companies or industries. You’ll be required to demonstrate creativity, tenacity, inquisitiveness, and diligence in this role.
