Ashley Saunders is a Vice President & Principal with Slayton Search Partners. With a deep commitment to the firm’s clients and talent, she serves the retail and consumer industries in finding VP and C-level leaders.
Ashley joined the Slayton in 2022 and quickly demonstrated her exceptional execution skills and ability to drive significant results. She was promoted to the role of Vice President & Principal in 2024 and is responsible for developing and managing client relationships while driving forward the search process.
Having built her career in the search industry, with over 10 years of experience and deep expertise in human resource management, Ashley is an invaluable asset to the Slayton team. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Arts from Columbia College Chicago. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
