Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be responsible for the operations strategy, optimization, as well as execution and delivery of the cost improvements. As a key contributor to a critical area in the business, they will define and implement how the company brings its products to customers. This position will have multisite accountability and oversight of all budgetary and operational aspects of each location.

 
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment. This candidate should have experience building strong and cohesive teams and bench talent for growth. They should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be versatile, analytical, team focused, strategic and have a high EQ. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly within the team, peers and across the organization is essential.
