Position Summary:

The Vice President, Total Rewards is responsible for collaborating with leadership to formulate the Total Rewards philosophy and strategy that aligns with the organization’s requirements and business strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that corporate compensation and recognition, field sales compensation, and enterprise benefits and wellness programs are in line with the company’s Total Rewards Philosophy. They will oversee the Compensation, Benefits and, Recognition. This role encompasses the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, programs, and systems that elevate the employee experience and enhance productivity.

 
Our placement has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, and has extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategies to help organizations scale their operations, drive revenue growth and reduce costs. He has a demonstrated track record of achievement in HR strategy, total rewards, executive compensation, benefits administration, talent development, corporate strategy, risk management, financial planning, vendor management, mergers & acquisitions and process improvement. He also comes with previous experience partnering with the Board of Directors and senior leadership teams.
