Position Summary:
The Division Chief Executive Officer is responsible for developing and executing the division’s strategic plan while leading the teams’ efforts to meet annual growth and customer retention targets. This role is responsible for leading the growth and development of the group’s general portfolio. The Division CEO is responsible for developing and retaining a high performing team while remaining customer centric. The individual is the face of the bank and highly involved in the community, utilizing their own network, as well as working directly with top-tier customers in the portfolio.
Our placement has a diverse commercial banking background running middle market, ABL and corporate banking teams nationally, while covering a broad array of clients across the US. He is passionate about commercial banking and committed to building and developing top performing teams.
