The President will have full P&L responsibility for the business and will direct profit and loss accountability and long-term business development responsibility for the Company. This role will be responsible for all commercial, operational, supply chain, finance, human resources, and organizational activities, as well as responsibility for the continued growth of the business. This executive will lead the team to increase market share, focus on new business opportunities, and leverage innovation and process capabilities.
The selected executive must have a minimum of 25 to 30 years of business experience, preferably coming up through the commercial function in a highly-respected industrial manufacturing organization. Ideally, the last five to ten years will have been as a full P&L leader for a business of at least $750 million. Prior experience in a family or privately owned company would be preferred. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of organizational savvy, leadership development, and strategic acumen.
