The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the business to deliver a profitable business model that aligns with the company goals and objectives and delivers outstanding customer experience.
The executive will manage a budget of $300 million while managing a team of 4,500 employees. The successful candidate will play a leadership role to help manage a company that is experiencing significant growth and change. Critical to the success of this role will be proactively driving operational strategies and continuous improvement programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance operations culture.
The executive must have at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations including outstanding management abilities, demonstrated operational leadership skills, and significant call center operational experience.
