The Vice President, Digital Strategies will be accountable for day-to-day strategic and operational management of our client’s core digital channels – .com (web), Mobile and Producer Portals. This executive is accountable for collaborating with business leaders across the enterprise to set the strategic direction of core digital platforms, the development of new digital capabilities and the operational oversight of channel performance.
The Vice President, Digital Strategies will report to the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and will oversee an approximate headcount of 20. This executive will be responsible for fostering productive business relationships with technology, client managers, marketing, line of business other supporting functions. Represent the digital function in executive meetings and provide thought leadership on performance and emerging trends in digital channels. Act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders concerning digital channel development, performance and operations.
