Position Summary:

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our engagement to recruit a high-performing sales team for our client, a leader in the Group, Voluntary and Worksite industry. This recruitment effort included securing a Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead strategy and execution, along with three Regional Sales Directors to drive growth across key markets. This newly assembled team will play a pivotal role in building and guiding a high-performing sales organization with strong connections to brokers, consultants, employers, and other key stakeholders. Together, they will focus on driving revenue growth, leveraging the company’s suite of services—ranging from benefits administration and healthcare navigation to voluntary benefits—and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to client handoff.
 

Each member of the newly assembled team brings extensive experience in employee benefits sales leadership, with a proven track record in selling comprehensive benefit solutions to organizations with 250–25,000 employees. With expertise in consultative sales, advanced methodologies like the Challenger Sales Model, and a deep understanding of benefits compliance and competitive mid-market positioning, this team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
