The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership, guiding key financial priorities and resource allocation to achieve organizational goals. This role involves advanced strategic and analytical oversight across Finance functions, including financial planning, performance monitoring, and actuarial activities. Collaborating closely with segment leaders, the CFO will drive pricing and bid strategies, develop financial plans, and ensure the effective coordination of enterprise-wide processes. Additionally, they will lead Cost of Care evaluations, Trend Analytics, and transformational initiatives to enhance sustainability and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of finance experience in the health insurance industry, including a decade of leadership in ACA, MA, and Group health operations. They will excel in fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders, aligning resources, and driving innovation to support strategic objectives. Strong leadership skills, a transformational mindset, and experience navigating regulatory and compliance requirements are essential. Exceptional communication, the ability to manage ambiguity, and a track record of delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes will distinguish the successful candidate.
