Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales with expertise in benefits, healthcare, and large-group sales to expand and strengthen broker channels, focusing on clients with 250-25,000 employees. The candidate will build long-term revenue channels by developing relationships with brokers, consultants, employers, and related service providers, leveraging the company’s benefits administration, healthcare navigation, and voluntary benefits services. This role oversees the entire sales process, from prospecting to contracting and handoff, and includes regular updates to the Regional Sales Leader on business plans, pipeline, and market dynamics. Comprehensive onboarding and training support are provided for new sales reps.
 

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of proven sales experience within the employee benefits industry with a deep understanding of healthcare, voluntary benefits, and large group sales. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with experience in developing and executing complex sales strategies that lead to significant revenue gains. A background in selling comprehensive solutions such as benefits administration platforms, healthcare navigation services, and voluntary benefits is essential.
