Value-Added B2B Distribution and Service Company
The President & Chief Executive Officer, working closely with the Board of Directors, will set the strategic direction of the business and lead the execution of the strategic plan. They will be responsible for growing the Company’s various business lines and delivering profit in line with budget expectations. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as create, plan and implement their go-to-market strategy. They will be responsible for building and modeling a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to the team and maintain a strong working relationship with the Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, data-oriented leader with significant experience in general management, business-to-business sales, and direct marketing, ideally within an e-commerce focused business. Key requirements include prior senior-level relationship in smaller company environments, P&L responsibility, a strong background in multi-channel direct marketing with a focus on e-commerce, experience in managing and growing sales teams and familiarity with software development and sales. Private equity experience is not a requirement, but would be a plus.
