Position Summary:

The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a strategic and active member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. They will be responsible for proactively driving human capital strategies and programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture. The CHRO will drive critical HR processes throughout the organization and leverage HR to accomplish key business objectives, implement cultural and organizational change, and ensure that the business has the capability, leadership, and bench strength to achieve profit and growth strategies.
 

Our placement comes with over 20 years of relevant HR experience. Throughout her career, she has served as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team at multiple organizations. She has experience working in both large and mid-sized organizations, including PE backed environments. She previously served as Chief People Officer for a 3,000 person company. She was responsible for leading HR across 30 manufacturing facilities globally and for overseeing talent management, leadership training, and redesigning sales compensation plans.
