The Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will serve as a strategic and active member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. They will be responsible for driving human capital strategies and programs companywide, fostering an effective and inclusive high-performance culture. This role will oversee critical HR processes, facilitating key business objectives, implementing cultural and organizational changes, and ensuring the business has the necessary leadership and talent to achieve profit and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15-20 years of experience in progressive roles, having worked for companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices, as well as less mature organizations where they have gained hands-on experience building HR capabilities. They must be adept and have a passion for collaboration, especially as it relates to keeping all parties involved and on the same page. Experience in successfully managing multiple stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to respect the heritage/culture of the company is required.
