C-Suite Strategy: Balancing Short-Term Results and Long-Term Vision
CHICAGO, IL–Apr. 30, 2012—Slayton Search Partners, a leading retained executive search firm, announced today that John P. Doyle has joined the firm as Executive Vice President. Doyle has over 20 years of experience in executive search, primarily focused on the human resource function. He has successfully recruited Chief Human Resource Officers, and leaders of all the major functional areas of human resources across all major industries.
Doyle joins Slayton Search from Korn/Ferry where he was a Senior Client Partner. Prior to Korn/Ferry, Doyle led the North American Human Resource practice for Spencer Stuart.
Rick Slayton, Chief Executive Officer of Slayton Search Partners said, “John is one of the top executive search consultants in the human resource function. With the addition of John, our firm will have one of the most dominant human resource practices in the industry.”
While John’s practice has been functionally focused, he is excited to serve his clients more broadly. Said Doyle, “One of the primary reasons I joined Slayton was that it affords me the opportunity to serve more clients across a broader array of functions.”
