Position Summary:

The Executive Vice President, Claims and Chief Claims Officer is responsible for leading the entire claims function with over 15,000 employees and a budget of $2 billion. The executive is tasked with achieving income targets by leading the execution of strategy and processes, increasing deployable capital by achieving claims expense ratio targets and achieving targeted growth of the business by exceeding country-wide customer satisfaction goals.

 

The EVP, Claims is responsible for more than 6 million claims covering $15 billion in losses.

 

The position requires a minimum of 20 years of achievement in the insurance industry, with the last five years leading a large, complex service/claims organization. Also interesting are executives that have passed through the claims function and now are in a P&L role or leading a broader service function.
