Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Retirement Plans will provide overall leadership, vision and direction for the strategic growth and profitability of the division, ensuring the attainment of financial targets, product development, marketing, distribution, sales, plan investments and associate development.
The executive will build upon the existing retirement plans strategy, focusing on improving financial performance by driving organic growth and identifying potential acquisition opportunities.
The candidate will possess 20 plus years’ retirement plans experience with significant recent P&L responsibility. He/she will possess working knowledge of retirement plans home office service departments, distribution management, product development, financial management, systems and customer service standards.
