- The Senior Vice President, Personal Lines will be a strategic leader charged with driving the Personal Lines strategy, developing and leading a high-performance organization, and creating and executing innovative strategies to drive profitable growth and retain existing clients.
- The executive must have the ability to create an atmosphere of continuous improvement and have the ability to manage through influence in a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- The candidates will possess a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in Insurance Brokerage or Insurance. They will be a strategic thought leader who also possesses the ability to be a tactical, hands-on implementation executive.
