Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Personal Lines will be a strategic leader charged with driving the Personal Lines strategy, developing and leading a high-performance organization, and creating and executing innovative strategies to drive profitable growth and retain existing clients.
The executive must have the ability to create an atmosphere of continuous improvement and have the ability to manage through influence in a highly matrixed organizational structure.
The candidates will possess a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in Insurance Brokerage or Insurance. They will be a strategic thought leader who also possesses the ability to be a tactical, hands-on implementation executive.
