Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Group Protection Distribution is a broad and impactful senior executive role at the company and is responsible for establishing the vision and strategic imperatives to increase new sales volume.
The successful candidate is responsible for providing executive strategic leadership to the Group Insurance Sales and Account Management functions and will lead the Sales and Account Management organizations in the design and confirmation of strategic objectives and achievement of sales goals.
Our placement possesses deep, significant experience in the group insurance industry and tremendous expertise in working with employers to build and shape group benefit plans. His leadership background in both benefit consulting and working within insurance organizations gives him a unique perspective for this role. We are confident that he will further bolster our client’s Distribution strength and enhance the customer experience for our client’s partners and employer groups.
