- The SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will have primary responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s overall HR strategy and will serve as a core member of the company’s leadership team and as the senior-most Human Resources executive.
- The executive will provide leadership in the critical area of talent management by developing creative and cost-effective ways of acquiring high-quality candidates, enhancing the talent pipeline, and improving the talent bench strength.
- The chosen executive came from a $2.7 billion regional retail company where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer and played a crucial role in rebranding the organization and defining its mission, vision, and priorities in collaboration with other senior managers.
- During her 20+ year career as a Human Resources Specialist, this candidate has collaborated with senior management to ensure that operations are aligned with corporate goals and strategies. She has developed high performing teams, managed the integration of 25,000 employees, and created a promotion-from-within rate of 70%.
