Position Summary:
The President and CEO is responsible for the full Profit & Loss of the Company. This will be accomplished through the formulation and execution of the organization’s long-term strategic business plan, oversight of the executive management team, and the management of the operating and capital budgets.
This position will also be expected to maintain some principal relationships with major customers, suppliers, governmental authorities, and other relevant parties. Additionally, the President and CEO will serve on and report to the Board of Directors and will collaborate closely with the Board on the performance of the business.
