Position Summary:
The North America Strategy Consulting Leader will work in collaboration with the global team within the company’s Services organization and will be responsible for growing the company’s presence within North America.
This leader will set strategy and go-to-market plans for Additive Manufacturing consulting services. S/he is directly responsible for the successful sales and delivery of manufacturing strategy consulting projects, building high-level relationships with Fortune 500 client executives, and as part of the delivery of projects acting in both a functional consulting role and in the development and management of a consulting team in North America.
The successful candidate has at least 15 years of relevant experience including 6+ years working in a senior consulting role within a globally recognized strategy consulting firm providing strategic direction to global brands and Fortune 500 sized companies. Additionally, the successful candidate had 3+ years of experience leading technology change projects within manufacturing organizations, depth and breadth of manufacturing and product development expertise, experience selling strategy consulting services, and possesses an MBA or PhD from a top 20 ranked university.
